Scarce. xi, 284pages, frontispiece plus 7 plate leaves. Folding map tipped into rear cover. Original cloth binding with blue titling, blue end papers, no dust jacket. Covers faded and stained. Ink inscription on front end paper. page edges spotted, DAMP DAMAGED at bottom of some pages which has resulted in some of the plates being damaged or stuck together at the bottom, sold as a Reading Copy only
